As part of our ongoing efforts to improve the administration of Bugbrooke Rugby Football Club, we will shortly be introducing Club Hub, a membership management system provided by Club Control.
Club Hub will be used to help us manage memberships, subscriptions, payments, communications and member records more effectively. This will improve the accuracy of our records and reduce the administrative burden on our volunteers.
To facilitate this transition, relevant membership information currently held by the club within the RFU Game Management System (GMS) will be transferred securely to Club Hub. This may include information such as:
- Name and contact details
- Address information
- Emergency contact details
- Membership category
- Medical or allergy information where required for participation and welfare purposes
The RFU GMS system will continue to be used where required for rugby administration, registration, safeguarding and RFU compliance purposes.
Bugbrooke RUFC remains the Data Controller for your information and Club Control acts as a Data Processor on behalf of the club. Appropriate measures have been taken to ensure your information is transferred and stored securely in accordance with UK GDPR and Data Protection legislation.
Our Privacy Notice has been updated to reflect the introduction of Club Hub and can be viewed on our website or requested from the club.
