- All changing rooms to be locked Sunday morning by committee member on duty. Keys with wooden blocks to be kept behind bar.
- Keys to be issued as per PJ email/WhatsApp message to Bugbrooke Coach.
- No access to other age groups unless requested and authorised by PJ.
- If girls training at home and not 2 Junior boys matches, they will be allocated AWAY 2.
- If there are 2 junior boys matches at home then the girls team cannot utilise the changing rooms under any circumstances. Access to toilet facilities will be via the clubhouse toilets.
- Every age group using changing rooms must have without exception 2 DBS cleared adults (as confirmed by GMS) on duty outside of changing rooms before the game and after the game until the last player leaves - without exception.
- No adult should enter a changing room until all players have changed (pre match team talk for example) but preferably where able, to do this on pitch, or after the game to collect kit and sweep/clean changing rooms.
- Coach should lock changing rooms once everyone out on pitch for game.
- If a player needs to return, then 2 DBS cleared adults (or 1 plus the child’s parent) must accompany and unlock/secure after etc.
- A key is not required to access the toilet areas.
- If your team has not been allocated a changing room, then under no circumstances should any child be using them/entering them. This will be policed by those adults who have been allocated and are 'on guard’.
- Access to toilets is permitted but again supervised by those 'on guard’.
- However, if the girls’ team is at home then under no circumstances should any other child utilise either those changing rooms or those toilets. As above this will normally be AWAY 2.
- At the end of the match/ training any age group allocated a changing room are responsible for the cleaning/clearing away of rubbish/clumps mud / empty bin bags into large bins etc. Lock the changing room and return the key to the committee member or bar staff.
